paper, over plastic liner on steel holder. Dimensions: 2 1/2"

Inspired by the beauty of urban decay and
the Japanese aesthetic of wabi-sabi, Donna Brady is focused
on transforming dilapidated exterior surfaces from the streets
into beautiful and unique interior designs. By photographing
these facades and appropriating them onto the surfaces of interior
products, she attempts to document their development, while
at the same time illuminating the beauty that exists amid these
transitory layers.
artist bio: Donna is Virginia born, Florida
bred, and Brooklyn based. Currently, she lives and works in
Brooklyn developing a line of handmade lighting and interior
décor products under the name RE-SURFACE.
