Portland, Oregon from reformed beer bottles. Appx. 8 inches
tall.
artist bio: Esque evolved through the collaboration
between Justin Parker and Andi Kovel. The duo have worked together
for the past seven years, and together manage every aspect of
Esque, from design and creation, to packing and shipping. Justin
is one of the top gaffers (head glass blowers) in the country,
and is known for his knowledge and skill in making enormous
pieces of glass. Andi Kovel is known widely for her work as
a designer/glass blower, as well as an installation artist and
painter. She exhibits her art work frequently in New York and
on the west coast, and has exhibited with the likes of Claus
Oldenburg, Damien Hirst, and Kiki Smit. more
